Senari Synergy Industrial Complex (SSIC)

It covers an area of 174-acre of land and adjacent to Senari River Port, which has the deep water draft capable to accommodate large tanker vessel up to 20,000MT. At present, SSIC has been developed with an Independent Oil Terminal (IOT), Oil, Gas and Chemicals (OGC) Port Facilities, Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Refinery (CPO Refinery) and Light Industrial Park for Petrochemicals, Oleo-chemicals and Related Industries (LIPPOR).

The Light Industrial Park for Petrochemicals, Oleo-chemicals and Related Industries (LIPPOR) is wholly owned and managed by Senari Synergy Development Sdn Bhd and developed to capitalize the vast downstream potentials generated from the IOT and Palm Oil Refinery. Our LIPPOR is located within the SSIC 100-acres of land adjacent to the Senari Port.

The LIPPOR area is equipped with power supply, water supply, telecommunications, drainage and road for the LIPPOR’s users.
