Senari Synergy Sdn Bhd is a prominent investment holding company established on 29 July 2010. We play a fundamental role in advancing Sarawak’s downstream oil and gas and petrochemical. Through strategic investments and strong operational capabilities, Senari Synergy significantly contributes to the State’s economic development.

Senari Synergy is jointly owned by four esteemed shareholders: the Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (STIDC), Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS), SGOS Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd, and Yayasan Sarawak.

The company's core business revolves around essential storage logistics and infrastructure development. It owns and operates two major oil and gas terminals in Sarawak: The Independent Oil Terminal in Kuching and the Central Oil Distribution Terminal in Tanjung Manis. These terminals are vital to ensure a smooth distribution of petroleum product across Sarawak's southern and central regions.

Beyond terminals, Senari Synergy has developed the Senari Synergy Industrial Complex (SSIC) in Kuching for the Light Industrial Park for Petrochemicals and related industries (LIPPOR). The industrial park is equipped with comprehensive infrastructure like roads, utilities, and telecommunications.

Senari Synergy's strategic blueprint aims to establish SSIC as a state-of-the-art facility provider for Sarawak's energy and industrial sectors by 2030. This vision is underpinned by synergistic collaborations to expand its footprint and generate significant economic impact.

Integral to the SSIC development is the company's port facilities to cater the operations for oil, gas, and chemicals (OGC) products, adhering strictly to international safety standards. The port also serves as a strategic gateway for palm oil related products. Senari Synergy has also expanded into bitumen distribution, supporting Sarawak's road infrastructure, and supplying high-performance, eco-friendly lubricants products..
