Senari Synergy Sdn. Bhd. in collaboration with Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) has hosted the first CEO Coffee Talk in Sarawak. The CEO Coffee talk was inaugurated with an opening speech by Yang Berbahagia Datuk Abang Haji Abdul Karim Tun Abang Haji Openg.

Datuk Abg Haji Abdul Karim thanks Senari Synergy for being the first Industry Player to come forward to host the Inaugural Coffee Talk. He hope that the CEO Coffee Talk will be an avenue for captains of industry to express their thoughts and share their company experiences. By sharing the best practices, it is hope that companies particularly in Sarawak will move to a greater height,” he said.

Haji Jefri Ahmad Tambi, the Group Managing Director of Senari Synergy, in sharing Senari transformation journey, said “In undertaking a transformation exercise, it important to instill among others sense of purpose, clarity of company direction, developing good and transparent systems and processes”.

“It is also of utmost important for an organisation to inculcate good corporate values” he said. “The assimilation of uncompromising integrity, exceptional performance and mutual respect as Senari Synergy new core values has significantly change the way we do things in Senari Synergy” he added.

He hoped that by sharing the little experience acquired by Senari Synergy during its transformation exercise can be of values to the other industries. Within two years of its transformation programme, Senari Synergy not only has managed to have better brand presence, improve customer and staff satisfaction but also manage to explore new business opportunities through the signing of at least 6 Memorandum of Understandings (MOU’s).

In recognition of its transformation efforts, Senari Synergy has been conferred with the Gold award during the prestigious Sarawak Chief Minister’s Industry Excellence Awards 2017 and Tuan Hj. Jefri as one of the recipients of the MPC Productivity Champion Award for his exemplary leadership in promoting productivity improvement.
