Senari Synergy Sdn. Bhd. accomplished yet another milestone today when one of its subsidiaries, IOT Management Sdn Bhd, received a Gold Award from the Malaysian Productivity Corporation’s (MPC) during the Regional Team Excellence Convention that was conducted in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on 8 – 9 August 2017. The company is one of the 37 companies from both the public and private sector organisations from Sabah and Sarawak that participate in the event. Senari Synergy’s subsidiary team, the IOT Kingsmen, was led by Encik Khaidir Abdul Karim, and other team members are Mr. Jeffery Lim, Encik Zamry Tuah Neli, Encik Sulaiman Mohamad Ali, and Mr Mathew Anak Bidu

The award is part of the annual convention of Malaysian Productivity Corporation which provides a platform for quality experts, quality best practitioners and experts from all over the world by applying their creativity and innovativeness to enhance productivity and competitiveness and also to learn from the experiences and good practices of other organisations.

Senari Synergy Group Managing Director, Tuan Haji Jefri Ahmad Tambi in his homecoming speech today congratulated the members for their participation in the event and for show casing excellent team effort in winning the gold award. Without the persistent commitment and dedication of this team, this achievement will not become reality. He also reiterated on the importance of the culture of continuous improvements in an organisation as it inculcates a cohesive effort which leads to higher performance. “To be great Company, we have to be agile to meet the demands of the industry that we are in and consistently improving ourselves which is vital for our sustainability”.

Tuan Haji Jefri added that Senari Synergy will continue to support MPC in their guest to promote business excellence amongst public and private organisations.

Also present at the homecoming ceremony of the IOT Kingsman was Tengku Azmi, State Director of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). He thanked Senari Synergy for inviting him today to share the celebrations with the Senari Synergy winning team and staff and encouraged Senari Synergy to pursue for continuous improvements initiatives to improve productivity at all levels within the organization. He said, MPC will continue its effort in supporting companies like Senari Synergy Group in boosting productivity which leads to generation of better ideas and innovation, improving efficiency and effectiveness of the work processes thus also enhancing the quality of the services.
