Senari Synergy Sdn Bhd Launches First Privilege Medical Card

Kuching- Senari Synergy today launched its Privilege Medical Card in conjunction with their wellness campaign which is known as Fit@Synergy. It is a program that has been implemented by Senari Synergy to increase the health awareness and knowledge for their employees on the fundamental significant relationship between health and productivity. It is a joint program between Senari Synergy Group and Normah Medical Specialist Centre.

The Privilege Medical Card was officially presented by its Head of Corporate and Business Development, Puan Alina Haji Ibrahim of Normah Medical Specialist Centre (NMSC) to Head of Corporate Services Ms Rosmawati Bt Hj Mohamad Sahari of Senari Synergy Group (SSG) and witnessed by Encik Jefri Ahmad Tambi, Managing Director of SSG and Puan Dayang Masniah Bt Abang Hj Dawi, Chief Financial Officer of NMSC. The ceremony was held at Senari Synergy’s Corporate Centre.

The Privilege Medical Card is one of the services initiated by Senari Synergy Group Management in line with the ongoing campaign to promote healthy lifestyle under its “Our Company Our Responsibility” campaign and in addition to make sure that they received the best medical care. All existing employees will be given the card for free. The services include in this Privilege Medical Card are discounts for the selected health screening packages and outpatient treatment’s hospital charges at NMSC.

Speaking to the media after the event, Group Managing Director of Senari Synergy Group, Jefri Ahmad Tambi said “The purpose of this privilege benefit is to encourage the Senari Synergy Group of employees to undertake the health screening on the Wellness Day which every staff are encourage to undergo the health screening on that day. The Heads of Department are also being entrusted to inculcate the health fitness awareness amongst their subordinates. I hope that your support in this kind of activities may improve morale, job satisfaction and motivation amongst your subordinates”.

He added, “Objectives of the Fit@Synergy which are to promote work life balance, creating health awareness, creating physical fitness and to promote cohesiveness. We are indeed thankful and honoured with Normah Medical Specialist Center to have agreed to be our partner to provide us with the privilege of medical treatment”.
